Terms of service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. Who we are
ListingHound is a trading name of Cyberdyme Systems Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17108018). Contact us at [email protected]. In these terms, "we" and "us" means Cyberdyme Systems Ltd, and "you" means the business using ListingHound.
2. Who these terms are for
ListingHound is for businesses and sellers acting in the course of business. By using it, you confirm you are not using it as a consumer. These terms form the contract between you and us when you request a check-up or subscribe.
3. What we provide
- Report (£39 a month): a monthly check-up report and fix list for up to 300 listings.
- Report + Fixes (£79 a month): everything in Report, plus up to 40 approved edits a month, for up to 1,000 listings.
- eBay + Amazon (£149 a month): eBay and Amazon, unlimited listings, up to 100 approved edits a month and priority replies.
Unused edits don't roll over to the next month. One edit means one change to one listing (for example, a new title or a set of item specifics). Listing limits count your live listings across the marketplaces covered by your plan.
4. Free check-up
Your first check-up is free and needs no card. Asking for one doesn't commit you to a subscription.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, starting on the day you subscribe.
- If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it's paid.
- We may change our prices by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your first billing date after the notice ends. You can cancel before then if you don't want to continue.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime, with no notice period, from your billing page or by emailing us. Your service continues to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops. We don't give refunds for part months.
7. Access to your shop
- You give us access through eBay Team Access or Amazon authorisation. We never ask for your passwords.
- You choose the permissions, and you can remove our access at any time. If you do, we can't continue the service, but your subscription stays active until you cancel.
- We remove our access when your subscription ends.
8. Edits
- We only make an edit after you've approved it.
- We keep a log of every change we make, and we'll undo any of our own changes if you ask.
- You remain responsible for your listings, including their accuracy and their compliance with marketplace policies and the law.
9. How reports are made
We use AI tools to help analyse listings and draft reports. A person at ListingHound checks every report before it's sent to you.
10. No guarantee of results
Our reports and suggestions are advice. We can't guarantee more sales, views or better search rankings. eBay and Amazon may change their rules, fees or search systems at any time, and that may affect your results.
11. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, to have the right to grant us access to the shops you connect, and not to use ListingHound for anything unlawful or against marketplace rules.
12. Suspension
We may suspend or end the service if you don't pay, or if you misuse it (for example, using it for unlawful listings or abusing our support). Where it's reasonable, we'll email you first.
13. Confidentiality and data
We keep your shop data and business information confidential. We only use it to provide the service, and we don't share it except with the service providers we need to run ListingHound or where the law requires it. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
14. Liability
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, sales, revenue or business.
- Our total liability to you under or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.
16. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
